New Swift 2024 official launch is scheduled for 9th May, Swift has always been Maruti’s best-selling car in the segment ever since its introduction in the Indian market. With the new 4th gen Swift, it gets even better than before in terms of safety, mileage, looks, and features. We have a variant-wise feature list of the new Swift. Let’s take a look at it.
LXI (Base Variant)
It will get the same design changes as its upper models, a newly designed front grille and a revamped bumper. Other than this, it will get halogen projector headlamps, black-colored door handles, and steel wheels. The most important update is that the new Swift will now get 6 Airbags, rear parking sensors, and ABS with EBD as standard features across all variants.

Swift VXi and VXi(o)
This model looks very similar to the LXI model, with the same steel wheels and design elements. The only difference is that it gets body-colored ORVMs and door handles. Inside, it will feature a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system and automatic climate control. However, this variant misses out on some features like electrically adjustable ORVMs, reverse camera, and rear AC vents. VXi(o) also gets a request sensor on the driver door handle, which is not available in the VXi model.
ZXi and ZXi +
This variant offers most of the required features. It comes with LED headlamps, 15-inch alloy wheels, blacked-out pillar, rear AC vents, rear wiper with washer, request sensor on the driver side, 7-inch touchscreen, and automatic climate control. However, it misses out on some features like LED DRLs.
The top-spec variant, ZXi+, gets additional features like LED projector headlamps with LED fog lamps, 16-inch sporty alloy wheels, rear LED tail lamps, a digital AC panel, a 9-inch touchscreen, wireless charger, Type A and C USB ports, hill hold control, and Suzuki Connect.
All these variants come with a single engine option, the New Z Series 1.2 ltr 3-cylinder petrol engine, which produces 81.6 PS and 112 Nm of torque. It has a claimed mileage of 25.72 kmpl.
