Mahindra is getting ready to update the XUV300, to keep up with tough competitors in Indian Market like Creta, Seltos, Nexon. Here’s what you need to know about Upcoming Changes in XUV300.
Look and Features:
The XUV300 will look different from inside and out. Spy shots show different variants of the SUV being tested. Base variant have basic steel wheels with plastic covers, while Higher Variants have Diamond Cut alloy wheels. All models will have turn signals on the side mirrors. Inside, there’ll be a bigger 10.25 inch touchscreen similar to the XUV400. We might also see a fully digital Instrument Cluster in the New XUV300. These are the only Changes which we have seen in Spy shots until now but, we are Expecting major Changes in Front and Rear fascia of New XUV300.
Engine Options:
The current XUV300 has one petrol engine and one diesel – 1.2L turbo petrol which Produces 109 bhp with 200 Nm of torque and a 1.5L diesel which produces 115 bhp with 300 Nm of torque. XUV 300 has always been a Powerful Car in its segment so, New one also Seems to get the same Engine Options with a Manual or Automatic Gearbox options. Also, There are Rumors that with the XUV300 Facelift Mahindra Might Offer a Torque Converter which is Sourced from Aisin.
Verdict:
We’ve seen the new XUV300 being tested a lot, so it should arrive soon in Market. Dealers have been giving discounts on the old model, hinting that the new one is on the way. The price might be a bit higher because of the new features and changes.
