2020 Mahindra TUV300 Facelift Patent Image Leaked

The new updated version of Mahindra TUV300 is expected to launch with some new engine specs and an updated exterior design.

Mahindra & Mahindra is looking forward to launching the updated version of TUV300 at the end of this year (2020). The car got officially for the first time back in September 2015 while the TUV300 Plus was seen in the middle of 2019. Now, the patented image of new updated TUV300 has been noted with a significant design change in the front.

The company is well known for being a UV specialist in the market. So they have decided to give a fresh look to TUV300 while the interiors remain the same as of the existing model. According to the patented image of the updated TUV300, the exteriors are incorporated with the Mahindra badged which is flanked by three inclined vertical slats on either side. The revised bumper has a wider air inlet like honeycomb which is horizontally positioned to the fog lamps.


Furthermore, it is predicted that the upgraded version will get LED tail lamps along with updated rear bumpers and some other visual changes. Not only this, but the car is also expected to see with a new touch screen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, a multi-functional wheel with mounted controls and other features as well. The cabin will also be equipped with some better and premium material.

Talking about the BS6 Mahindra TUV300, then it is powered by a 1.5-litre three-cylinder engine, which is capable of producing an output of 100bhp at 3750 rpm and 240 Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired with a five-speed manual transmission as standard or a five-speed automatic manual transmission.

To sum up, it is not yet unveiled about the pricing and engine which would be a part of the new updated TUV300. But it is to expect that the company may retain a 1.5-litre mHawk diesel motor along with a new petrol engine. The pricing could be forecasted for the car which can be around Rs 8.60 lakh to Rs 10.60 lakh (ex-showroom).
