Kia Motors has revealed the wide range of colour segment which they are offering on its subcompact SUV – Kia Sonet which is just a couple of days far from its official launch (18th September 2020). As we already know, the Sonet is available in two trims namely – HT Line and GT line with different engines and gearboxes option.
Discussing in detail, the base variants HTE and HTK will be available in Gravity Grey, Clear White, Intense Red colour and Steel Silver. Side by side, along with all these colours the HTK+ variant will have additional colours including Aurora Black Pearl, Beige Gold pain and Intelligence Blue.
Moving towards the higher variants, dual-tone shades have been made provided for the HTK+ and GTX+. These colours are mainly the Beige Gold + Aurora Black Pearl, Glacier White Pearl + Aurora Black Pearl and Intense Red + Aurora Black Pear. Adding more to it, 6 more monotone shades including Steel Silver, Glacier White Pearl, Intense Red, Intelligence BlueBeige Gold and Gravity Grey are there with top-end variant options.
Some of the highlighting key features of Kia Sonet are – Bose sound system, electric sunroof, ventilated seats, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless charging, multiple airbags, rear parking sensors and camera, emergency stop system, hill assist control, brake assist, electronic stability, ambient lighting and much more. The Kia Sonet is a full packed box of several specs in it.
In order to power up the Kia Sonet, then there is 1.2-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine where the turbo petrol engine is paired with 6-speed iMT and 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearboxes. The manual petrol engine is further paired with a 54-speed manual gearbox. On the other hand, the diesel variants come with a 6-speed manual gearbox and 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission diesel.
